UKLFI has reported dozens of charities to Britain's regulators. Where we could find the outcome, the regulator found nothing against the charity in 11 cases out of 14. Its letters to hospitals, councils and colleges work better: Gaza children's art, nurses' badges and Palestinian flags have come down after them.

In December 2024 the Health Secretary met the Board of Deputies, whose constitution commits it to "advance Israel's security, welfare and standing", and the Jewish Medical Association asked him for IHRA. Ten months later the NHS adopted it, and the review went to Lord Mann, whose office a charity runs on £420,000 of uncompeted government grants. We followed the money.

A UCL student wrote that Somalis are inbred and that Britain should mass deport Muslims. His classmates reported him in April 2026. UCL has told them the case is complex and promised an outcome before term starts on 28 September. In November 2025 UCL needed two days. The law sorted message by message, UCL's own code, and three things UCL should do now.
A companion investigation mapping substantive written coverage by period and oversight. It separates broadcaster-affiliated web articles from Ofcom-regulated content and publishes the audit method, release status and roster limitations alongside the article table.
Five formal responses from the BBC Complaints Team, read side by side against what the BBC published. Attribution plus a stack of caveats for every Palestinian claim; attribution alone, ruled 'sufficient', for Israel's unevidenced denial that it tortured a detained Gaza doctor. 'Headlines should not be read in isolation' offered as a defence, quiet corrections when the BBC is caught against its own style guide, and form letters for everyone else. Every reply quoted verbatim, with the full record on the responses wall.
On Sky News' flagship Sunday slot, the presenter treated a contested factual question, currently under two active regulatory investigations, as a settled fact, and used it to close the question. The rule the presenter contradicted was read aloud by Sky News' own senior political editor on the same channel two days earlier. A code-anchored Section 5 reading, with the honest counter-arguments stated up front.
